New Trane Variable speed air handler with new return and supply duct drops. Yet another view.. This system typically comes with a 10 year function part warranty, and a 5 year labor warranty. Customer is very happy with the new system. She could not believe the difference both in her comfort level or her energy bills.

Here is a close up of the new Carrier Performance heat pump, sitting on a reinforced polyethylene pad and 4- 6" pump ups.

View of the 2 new Trane condensing units. The unit on the left is for the AC, and is responsible for the cooling load for the basement and 1st floor. The unit on the right is a Heat Pump, and is responsible for cooling and heating the 2nd floor.
