This is on the 2nd day of installation, as you can see we just missed the snow, installing the heat pump on the previous day.

Wow, This thing was still running... Not very well, but still running, with the original compressor and fan motor..

Balancing refrigerant change on new condensing unit. WOW these unit are VERY quite. It's truly amazing as you can barley hear the air from the fan.

Here is a picture of the old York air handler. Can you see the problem in this picture? The coil in this unit is in the lower section of the air hander. The return duct is mounted to the side, with the end result being 1/8 of the coil does get much if any air.
